I believe you can but with that many people I'd check directly with the restaurant. Might get a deal?
I believe there something on the menu that would satisfy your guest
We are open Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day form 5pm until 11pm
Pommes Frites are served with mayonnaise, ketchup and chipotle aioli. Bon appetit !
Excellent French food . Had our new year Eve dinner here . It was worth waiting for 15-20 minutes .
We went on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a Hamburger, asked for an extra plate and received the portion split on two plates. The Pommes where very tasty and crunchy, they came with 3 sauce to dip and the Hamburger was cooked medium and on the point. Loved the atmosphere and the great service.
This quaint bistro is such an authentic, warm and welcome little slice of Paris smack in the middle of Palm Springs. From the greeting at the door by the Monsieur himself to the impressive list of imported beer and wine and the extensive offering of French and Belgian food favorites, this place is a must if you're looking for a break from the never ending cycle of burgers, pasta and pizza.
Me and my wife stumbled upon this long established family owned restaurant. They had patio seating and a nice ambience given the current covid 19 pandemic. If you like traditional fine dining french cuisine with a Belgian flare, you will be hard pressed to find a better restaurant on the West Coast, everything that we had was excellent.
Absolutely delicious. All muscles dish must order. Garlic butter 👍👍 also omg beef tartar.
Always delicious food. Excellent service. Very charming ambiance in the interior dining rooms. The French onion soup comes with a pair of scissors to cut the thick cheese topping! Vast array of beers. Full bar.
Highly recommend this restaurant if you happened to be in Palm Springs. We dropped in during happy hour on Sat between 2 and 5, and weren't disappointed! During happy hour the menu is small, but every dish is a gastronomic pleaser. They offer those traditional exotic French dishes such as escargot and frog legs (we tried the legs and they were very tender and succulent). They also have a choice of mussels au gratin or steamed. Additionally, this restaurant has extensive list of Belgian beers. You can go with a house wine without regrets. Alcohol was discounted during happy hour with 2 or 3 dollars off wines and beers, and a house wine was 6 dollars a glass. And desserts - the list is long! We had the Anjou pear in red wine with cinnamon - really tasty! They also offer dessert wines and after dinner drinks. Now I plan to come to try their dinner one day.
I always visit Pomme Frite when I'm in Palm Springs! The food is Belgium, hearty and delicious. I started with a fish of olives and veggies while my husband had a fresh, chilled soup. I enjoyed an amount servicing of muscles in a wine and vegetable stock. My husband opted for juicy tenderloin, green beans and fried mashed potatoes. The waiter was friendly and attentive. They offered a prix fixe menu and affordable prices. Don't miss out!
Great service professional mouthwatering foodDefinitely one of our favorite to go toThank you
Lovely place, friendly staff. Loved steamed pot mussels, sea bass(which was today’s special then), escargot and ceasar salad. Everything was perfect. I recommend others to try several flavors they provide for mussels. (However one chicken plate that my broter ordered was not that good.)
Great service, very accommodating. We noticed the cornichons were missinh from our pate order, and they brought out an entire jar full.
Amazing food. Amazing wine. Amazing service. It brought back memories of Paris. I couldn’t have found a better place to eat in Palm Springs.
Considering the conditions of required outside dining, they really tried to make dinner a good experience. The service was excellent and the food spot on. Great drinks and one of the best wine recommendations I've ever had. Definitely on my return list.
The greeter was a little brusque and the service was a little uneven. But the food was pretty good. It would be nice if the menu was a bit clearer and more side /salad options were available. Id definitely return.
This restaurant is Belgium. I have not yet been to Belgium, but this restaurant reminds me of some of the restaurants I have been to in Paris and in seaside towns in France. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. I have been here more than a few times and have never had a complaint. Every dish is perfectly done. Their wide variety of sauces are all superb, I always get every last bit of it, (lovely to dip bread in) even when I am completely stuffed, it's that good! Not once has anything been overcooked- when one is working with mussels and other seafood, that is quite a feat. Every bit of seafood is perfectly flavored, perfect texture, plump and succulent. The wine selection is very good, their cocktails are refreshing and worth every bit. The service is outstanding, I have never had to wait for anything. The staff are all very pleasant and they make each and every customer feel at home immediately. Very highly recommended!
Had an amazing dinner here and will definitely come back on our next trip to Palm Springs. The winter menu was special and very delicious. Started with a cup of the onion soup which was extra cheesy. We had the Chicken and Mushroom Vol-Au-Vents and the rack of lamb with potatoes au gratin. Both were perfectly prepared. The potato’s could have been a bit more cheesy but still good. For dessert, we shared the very French treat Floating island which is a meringue floating on crème anglaise (a vanilla custard) and almond shavings. I also loved that they had Graham Port wine too! 👌🏻The space is cozy and recommend to make a reservation. The patio space is heated and they have clear curtains to pull down to make it more comfortable on a cool night.
Service is slow. Reservation wait was 15 minutes. Food was very good. Hopefully when fully staffed the service will be faster.
Outstanding! Excellent food, great service and wide range of authentic Belgian dishes and beers.
I've had the beautiful opportunity to travel to France and Belgium a few times. And I have to say the food here is definitely at European standards! The blonde woman who was our waitress was extremely helpful and kind and she helped make our meal superb. The food was delicious and please order the French onion soup, it was perfection! I can't wait to come back again!
My husband and I went for dinner on the restaurant anniversary night. The menu was one page with1999 prices. I had the porkloin with prunes and walnuts. Stephen had the flat-iron steak. Both meals came with a salad and French Fries / Pomme Frite. Stephen loved his dinner and I did too. However if my meal had been served hot I would had rated them a 5-stars.
Outstanding food, but the atmosphere and service leaves something to be desired. Felt rushed during the entire dinning experience, which wasn’t much of an experience at all. As others have stated, the staff have an arrogant tone and demeanor about their approach. Too many other great restaurants in PS to desire a return visit to Pomme Frite.
Amazing french fair in a quaint and delightful setting. The food was magical and the service was on point.
Very nice! Well done. (I'm from Belgium)
Food was excellent. Service was great and friendly. Maybe a little slow on food for some but it was dinner and I prefer taking time to talk and relax. Mussels are their specialty, and were the best and freshest I've ever had!!
